The Office of Housing and Community Development is currently accepting applications  from individuals interested in residency at the Ainakea Senior Residences in Kapa`au, North Kohala, Hawai`i.  

The Ainakea Senior Residences is a rental project consisting of 30 one-bedroom, one-bath units with complete kitchen and bath facilities.  Each unit includes a refrigerator, an electric range and oven, and solar water heating system.
