Police charge Kona man in Honokaa terroristic threatening case

Big Island police have charged a 23-year-old Kona man in connection with reports of terroristic threatening Monday morning (February 11) in Honokaʻa. At 7:00 p.m. Tuesday (February 12), after conferring with prosecutors, Lyle Kawika Pascubillo was charged with two counts of first degree terroristic threatening. His bail was set at $4,000.
