Cafemakers founder Andrew Hetzel will lead a workshop at the 2010 Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) conference in London. The session, “Developing an Origin Brand,” is scheduled for Thursday, June 24 at Olympia exhibition hall.
In the clinic designed for coffee producers, exporters and agency representatives, Hetzel will lead participative branding exercises and present tactics and tools used to increase the value of appellation or estate brands in the global specialty coffee industry. Case studies will be presented from initiatives underway in India, Hawaii and more.
