On Wednesday (June 2) Kona Patrol officers responded to the Kailua Pier for a reported theft from a moored vessel in the Kailua Bay. It was reported that unknown suspects boarded a commercial boat moored in Kailua Bay overnight, removing cameras and a yellow oversized surfboard.

Police ask anyone with information to call Officer Shane Davis at 326-4646, extension 253, or the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
