A Pahoa house was destroyed by fire Wednesday morning, but no injuries were reported.
The 1,000-square-foot single-story house on 35th Avenue was fully involved with a partial roof collapse when firefighters arrived.
Fire crews were alerted to the blaze at 8:46 a.m., had it under control at 9:10 a.m. and extinguished by 9:40 a.m.
Investigators estimated damage to the house and its contents were valued at $100,000, a total loss. The cause of the fire is unknown.
