Big Island lane closures for the week of November 5-9, 2012

PLEASE NOTE:
Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.

There will be no lane closures on Tuesday, November 6, due to Election Day.

— AKONI PULE HIGHWAY —

1) VICINITY OF MAHUKONA
Alternating single lane closures on Akoni Pule Highway (Route 270) in both directions between Koko Iki Road and Ala Kahua Drive, in the vicinity of Mahukona between Milepost Markers 6.9 and 14.8, on Monday, November 5, through Friday, November 9, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, for roadway paving work.

— KOHALA MOUNTAIN ROAD —

1) WAIMEA
Alternating single lane closures on Kohala Mountain Road in both directions between Milepost Markers 2 and 7, in the vicinity of Waiaka Junction, on Monday, November 5, through Friday, November 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for pavement resurfacing.

— MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY —

1) MAKALEI
Alternating single lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway in both directions between Hina Lani Street/North Kona Belt Road and Olda Kona Village Road, on Monday, November 5, through Friday, November 9, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, for pavement resurfacing.

— VOLCANO ROAD —

1) MOUNTAIN VIEW
Alternating single lane closures on Volcano Road in both directions between Enos Road and North Lauko Road on Monday, November 5, through Friday, November 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for roadside utility installations. No lane closures on Tuesday, November 6, Election Day.

2) VICINITY OF KEALAKEKUA
Alternating lane closures on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) in both directions near milepost marker 109 between Kiloa Road and Coffee Drive, in the vicinity of Kealakekua on Monday, November 5, through Friday, November 9, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, for roadway paving work. No lane closures on Tuesday, November 6, Election Day.
