According to the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics, more than 2.5 million women experience violence annually and every 9 minutes a woman is raped in America.

Krav Maga is the official self defense system of the Israeli Military and more than 500 state, local, and federal law enforcement agencies across the U.S. use Krav Maga to keep their male and female officers safe on the streets.

Learning self-defense has little to do with kicks and punches. Self-defense begins with not thinking of oneself as a victim. If you look strong, alert and healthy and walk with confidence, you have a much better chance of being left alone.
