The University of Hawaii at Hilo International Student Association presents “International Nights 2009” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6 and Saturday, Feb. 7 in the UH-Hilo Performing Arts Center.

The annual event showcases the many cultures represented at UH-Hilo in song and dance performances. The countries or cultures to be represented this year include Hawaii, Ireland, Pohnpei, Native America, Palau, Okinawa, India, Marshall Islands, Samoa, Brazil, Timor Leste, Japan, Kosrae, Philippines, and Chuuk.

International Nights 2009 is co-sponsored by UHHSA and the Rotary Club of Hilo Bay. For more information about this event, contact the International Student Office at 974-7313.

Tickets are $8 general admission, $5 seniors, $3 students and children and available at the Box Office or by calling 974-7310.
