All services on both sides of Kapi‘olani Street, between Ponahawai Street and the Kapi‘olani-Alenaio Bridge, in South Hilo, Hawai‘i Water will be temporarily turned off in the above-mentioned area on Thursday, September 23, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
