The Hawaiʻi Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Kolten Mychal Quevedo who frequents the South Hilo areas of Papaikou, Pepeekeo, Honomu, and Hakalau. Quevedo is 5-feet-4-inches and about 147 pounds. He is bald and has numerous tattoos, including one visible on the left side of his neck.

On Monday, (June 18), at approximately 8:00 a.m., Area II Vice officers, and Special Enforcement Unit officers arrested 47-year-old Francis Kekona off Kaiminani Drive without incident. Kekona, who has no permanent address, was being sought for a no-bail contempt of court warrant, two $50,000 contempt of court warrants and a $100 failure to appear warrant.
