Hawaiʻi Island police have located 29-year-old Albert Aukai Manners, who has been wanted for more than two years. With the assistance of deputies from the Department of Public Safety’s Sheriff Division, police arrested Manners at 12:22 p.m. Thursday (January 8) at a home in the Ainaloa subdivision in Puna.

Police are searching for Conrad Mattos reported missing. Mattos is 27 years-old, 5’4″ tall, about 150 pounds, has blond hair, brown eyes and may be in need of medical attention. Mattos was last seen at Hilo Medical Center on Sunday (Aug 12). Mattos also has outstanding warrants for his arrest.
