Expect traffic delays as convoys travel between PTA and Kawaihae this week

Oahu-based military units will convoy from Pohakuloa Training Area to Kawaihae Harbor Aug. 24-25, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., via Saddle Road, Mamalahoa Hwy., Waikoloa Road, Queen Kaahumanu Hwy., and Akoni Pule corridor.
