Governor Neil Abercrombie Thursday (Nov 10) joined United Public Workers Local 646 State Director Dayton Nakanelua in announcing that a tentative labor agreement has been reached. The Governor issued the followed statement:

“I couldn’t be more pleased to say today that we’ve come to a conclusion that sets a standard of the kind of approach to negotiations that is based on a spirit of bargaining collectively for the benefit of all of Hawai'i.
