North Hawaii Community Hospital (NHCH) Vice President of Public Affairs, Wayne S. Higaki, has been appointed by Governor Neil Abercrombie to the Statewide Health Coordinating Council (SHCC) and the Hawaiâ€˜i Subarea Health Planning Council (SAC) effective October 31, 2011.
