Upon officers arrival at the scene it was determined that a green 1996 Ford four-door sedan, operated by a 57-year-old Hilo woman was traveling east on Palai Street and collided with a small school bus traveling north on Kilauea Avenue being operated by a 58-year-old Hilo man.
