Avon has recalled about 478,000 in the United States and 41,795 in Canada. Avon has received 24 reports of the Ergonomic Eyelash Curler breaking, including six reports of the spring breaking. These 24 incidents include 13 reports of injury, including three for which the consumer received medical attention.

About 6,700 patio dining sets are recalled. The recall includes the chairs sold with the Fairview 7-piece woven patio dining set. Dimension has received three reports of the chair legs bending or breaking and causing falls, including one consumer who bumped his head when falling.

An incorrect gas feed tube was installed on some Northstar Liquid Fuel Lanterns. When lit, the tube can release too much fuel, posing fire and burn hazards. About 95 units are recalled. The firm has received two reports of lanterns catching fire when fuel unexpectedly leaked from the bottom of the unit.

Kawasaki is recalling about 661 Off-Road Motorcycles. The camshaft sprocket bolts can loosen and come off causing the engine to lock and stop the vehicle, posing a crash hazard. There have been no known incidents or injuries.

About 1,000 Excalibur Matrix Mega 405 Crossbows have been recalled. The crossbow can fire an arrow without the trigger being pulled, posing an injury hazard to the user and to bystanders. Excalibur has received one report of the crossbow firing unexpectedly. No injuries have been reported.
