Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Section arrested 49-year-old Kevin Lehano, 33-year-old Tiffany Stone and 59-year-old Henrietta H. Stone at approximately 3 p.m. for second degree murder under the strength of a bench warrant following a grand jury indictment.

Eber Miranda-Garcia, and Marlon Miranda-Garcia, both of Hōlualoa, were charged with Murder in the second degree, and Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the second degree, bail was set at $500,000 for each of them.
