MEDIA RELEASE The Mamalahoa Bypass is closed, Thursday, March 26, Prince Kuhio Day. It is open on Friday, March 27. Closing the Bypass on holidays is a condition within the grant of easement between Oceanside 1250 and the County of Hawaii for southbound travel from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
