Governor Neil Abercrombie announced today the appointment of Keith Yamamoto as the First Deputy Director of the Department of Health. For the last six years, Mr. Yamamoto has served as the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administrator in the Department of Health’s Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division. In this position he has provided overall leadership and guidance regarding the statewide operation of prevention, intervention and treatment services.
