IKEA is recalling about 94,000 coffee/tea makers sold in the U.S. and 34,000 in Canada. KEA has received one report in the U.S. of a glass coffee/tea maker breaking. No injury was reported. The snap locks used to secure the seat to the frame can break and allow the seat and child to drop through the frame, posing a fall hazard to young children. Detached snap locks can pose a choking hazard to young children.
