Russ Cochran backed up his 10-under 62 yesterday with a 7-under 65 on Saturday and leads defending champion Tom Watson by two strokes after 36 holes of the Champions Tour’s season-opening event. Cochran’s two-round total of 17-under 127 matches the tournament record set by Don Pooley (63-64) in 2006. Results and groupings for round three.
