The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Wind Advisory for Big Island summits from 6 p.m. today through 6 p.m. Thursday (July 7). East winds 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are forecast. Strong winds can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
