The Hawaii State Chapter of the American Red Cross is holding its annual Hats Off event on March 30, 31 and April 1, 2012. Off duty firefighters, military, Lions Clubs, 4H Club and other volunteers will take their hats off and ask the public to fill their hats with donations for the Red Cross.
