Hawaiʻi Island police have located 20-year-old Railee Keoni Santos of Mountain View, who reportedly escaped from the Hale Nani correctional facility on February 16. A Puna Patrol officer located him in Mountain View at 4:45 p.m. Thursday (April 30) and arrested him on suspicion of escape.
