Red Flag Warning remains in effect due to gusty winds and low humidity. The Red Flag Warning is now in effect until 5 pm HST Thursday. Gusty trade winds along with low relative humidity values will create hazardous fire weather conditions in the dry…mainly leeward locations through the rest of today and again Thursday.
