Hawaiʻi Island police have located and arrested the second of four persons wanted for fraudulent use of a credit card. Colvin Gaspar, 22, of Kailua-Kona was arrested in Kailua-Kona at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday and charged with four counts of violating probation and four counts of contempt of court, with bail set at $300,000.
