The office of Immigration Information of the Mayor’s Office, in collaboration with the Exchange Clubs of Hilo, is coordinating its first Citizenship Day celebration on Friday, Sept. 17, 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., at Aunty Sally’s Luau Hale, 799 Piilani St., Hilo. The ceremony will honor our newest Americans who were recently naturalized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The public is invited to attend this free event.
