MEDIA RELEASE Mayor Billy Kenoi is traveling this week on a family vacation to Kagoshima, Japan to help celebrate the 90th birthday of his children’s great-grandmother. Managing Director Wally Lau will serve as acting mayor until Kenoi returns. Kenoi will return to work Monday, June 24.
