MEDIA RELEASE A traffic signal to replace the four-way stop will be installed at the Ane KeohokÄlole Highway and Kealakehe intersection. Construction starts May 20 and is scheduled for completion Sept. 17. One-lane closures will remain in effect weekdays (excluding Memorial Day) between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
