The Kona Community Aquatic Center will be closed Monday and Tuesday so a necessary inspection may be conducted. Intended to ensure peak operating efficiency, the inspection is expected to be completed in time for the Department of Parks and Recreation to reopen the swimming pool as scheduled at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, October 3.

HPA will offer three swim/water polo camps for students 8 years of age and older at the school’s Dowsett Pool. Students must be able to swim 25 yards or more to attend the camps. Session 1 will run March 22-25; Session 2 will run June 7-11; and Session 3 will run June 14-18.
