The University of Hawaii at Hilo split today’s Pacific West Conference doubleheader with Grand Canyon University at Brazell Stadium in Phoenix, Ariz. The Vulcans (6-17 overall, 2-12 PacWest) fell 5-0 in the first game then came back to beat the Antelopes (19-16, 10-8) in the nightcap 7-4.

The Kamehameha Warriors had a big first inning racking up six runs but were held scoreless the rest of the game as the Keaau Cougars scored two runs in the third and brought home seven in the seventh inning to win 9-6 in BIIF baseball action.
