Police are searching for Debra Phillips a 54-year-old woman. Phillips has a fair complexion, is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 pounds, has long brown hair last seen wearing blue jeans with a white floral shirt. Phillips is in need of medication and was last seen in Puna
