The telephones at the Hāmākua District police station located in Honokaa are temporarily unable to receive incoming calls. This condition may continue through the weekend. In the meantime, persons requiring police service in that area should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or report to the nearest police station. If it’s an emergency, call 911.
