The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Hawaii Island on Wednesday and Thursday. Large and damaging surf is possible along east facing shores. Surf is expected to build to 10 to 18 feet on Tuesday and to 15 to 25 feet on Wednesday and Wednesday night.
