Hawaiʻi Island police have located 47-year-old Ken Starr of Kona, who was wanted for sexual assault and other offenses.
Starr, who is also known as Stephen Reiling, was arrested March 5 in Hilo and charged with abuse of a family/household member and fourth-degree sexual assault. His bail was set at $1,500.

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 47-year-old Kona man who is wanted for sexual assault, abuse and assault.
Ken Starr is described as 6-foot-2, 240 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He has no permanent address but frequents the Kailua-Kona area.
Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
