Police are searching for a Kailua-Kona woman reported missing

Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 62-year-old Kailua-Kona woman who was reported missing.

Jolee Reiswig was last seen in Hilo in the early evening hours on Monday, September 14, 2015. She had been swimming with a companion in the Wailuku River at a location known as Boiling Pots when she was last seen.

She is described as 5-foot-2, 110 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Officer Daniel Kuwabara at 961-2213 or to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island-wide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
