Todd was honored for his role as the lead investigator in a serious of investigations that resulted in the arrest of a man considered armed and dangerous.

No new Dengue Fever cases, total remains at 241 Thursday (Jan 28)

As of 1 p.m. today (Jan 28) the Department of Health reported no new confirmed cases of Dengue Fever. The total number of confirmed cases since the beginning of the outbreak remains at 241. These cases include 217 residents and 24 visitors. Currently there are three potentially infectious individuals.

A South Korean man is in police custody following a stabbing at a resort along the South Kohala coast.

At 8:12 a.m. Wednesday (January 27), officers from the South Kohala District responded to a report of a domestic dispute and possible stabbing in a hotel room on the 62-100 block of Kaunaoa Drive.
