Guillermo downgraded to a Tropical Depression, passing safely north of Hawaii
As of 11 p.m. the downgraded Tropical Depression Guillermo was passing Hawaii Island, about 80 miles northeast of Honolulu, at near 14 mph. The Tropical Storm Watch was cancelled yesterday.
