Kohala

With power now restored to Kohala, water service has also been restored to all Kohala customers including those above Hawi Road, on Beers Road, Maliu Ridge, and Ka’ahuhu Road.

Waimea

With power now restored to the Waimea area, water service has also been restored to all Waimea customers including those along Mana Road.

Paauilo

A water restriction advisory remains in effect for Pa’auilo area customers. Due to ongoing power issues, water hauling for the Pa’auilo water system continues. An emergency water spigot is located at the bottom of Pohakea Road for customers who may need it.

Until further notice, Pa’auilo customers are advised to restrict water use to essential needs only:

• Keep water use to an absolute minimum.
• Water should be used for essentials only (cooking, drinking and sanitation.)
• Do not wash cars or water lawns.
• Turn off or disconnect any devices or fixtures that regularly draw water. Such devices include automatic icemakers and irrigation systems.

Waiohinu and Discovery Harbor

Although water service has been restored to Waiohinu and Discovery Harbor, the water restriction advisory remains in effect for area customers. Due to a main break on the South Point Road water system and reduced source water output, customers along South Point Road have no water service. An emergency water spigot is located at Waiohinu Park for customer access while repairs are completed.

Until further notice, Waiohinu and Discovery Harbor area customers are advised to restrict water use to essential needs only:

• Keep water use to an absolute minimum.
• Water should be used for essentials only (cooking, drinking and sanitation.)
