Big Island extended furlough inmate Tasha Gardner was returned to the Hawaii Community Correctional Center (HCCC) Friday (Dec 12). She was arrested by Hawaii County Police on Tuesday, December 9th.

On November 25, Tasha failed to report for her scheduled check in at HCCC.

Inmates in the extended furlough program live and work outside of the facility but must check in at various times each week.

Tasha was serving time for Theft, Forgery, Burglary, ID Theft and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Escape 2 is expected to be added to her charges. Her next parole hearing is scheduled for December. – See more at: http://local.nixle.com/alert/5318581/#sthash.a5ii059l.dpuf
