The most recent edition of the Crime Stoppers television program “Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted” highlights a 33-year-old man wanted for meth trafficking and domestic abuse and a 24-year-old man wanted for violating probation.

The new episode began airing Friday (December 5).

In it, police ask for help in locating 33-year-old Brandon Harrison, who is wanted on a Grand Jury indictment for meth trafficking and other drug-related charges. He is also wanted for domestic abuse. He is described as Caucasian, 6-foot-3, 215 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a green tattoo of a clown on his right inner forearm and green tattoos of skulls on his right upper arm. He may be in Kona or Ocean view.

The television program also asks for help in locating 24-year-old Rickie Andaya-Tabucbuc of Honokaʻa, who is wanted for violating probation for abuse, theft and other cases.

He is described as 5-foot-2, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has numerous tattoos on his left arm, including one that says “Sonny.” He may be in Waipio Valley.

Police ask anyone with information about either of these persons to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential. Crime Stoppers does not tape record phone calls or subscribe to caller ID.

In this latest edition of “Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted,” which was prerecorded, Officer Bryan Tina also asks for help in locating 23-year-old Daesyn Pacheco-Muragin of Pāhoa. Pacheco-Muragin was located Wednesday (December 3) and arrested on three counts of contempt of court and for an assortment of other offenses.

“Hawaiʻi Island’s Most Wanted” is a project of Crime Stoppers Hilo, Inc., which is a partnership of the business community, the media and the police. It was inspired by the national TV show, “America’s Most Wanted.” The program airs on Na Leo O Hawaiʻi Community Television Channel 54 on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. It also airs intermittently on Channel 53.
