Holy crap. His life out of control so he took it out on the dog? Thank heavens he didn’t have a child handy to vent on.

  2. Elizabeth says:

I am glad to see all life being treated equally, whether he was beating a dog or a child, he was still abusing the living. He needs to be more strictly penalized for his actions.
