All polls are open for Big Island voters on Election Day (Nov 4)

HONOLULU, November 3, 2014: Chief Election Officer Scott Nago reminds Big Island voters that all polls will be open on Election Day.

Voters assigned to Pahoa Community Center (04-03) will still have the option to vote at Hawaiian Paradise Park Community Center (04-01).

Department of Education facilities that were closed due to the lava flow will still serve as polling places on Election Day. These schools include Keonepoko Elementary School and Pahoa High & Intermediate School.

Polls are open at 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Anyone in line at 6 p.m. will be allowed to vote.
