Kalikona Fukuhara

HILO — Hale Nani inmate Kalikona Fukuhara ran away from the reintegration center at approximately 8:30 p.m. Hawaii Police and State Sheriffs were notified. Why he left the center is under investigation.

Fukuhara is 27 years old. He is 5’11”, weighs 160 lbs and has brown hair and brown eyes. If anyone sees him or knows where he may be we are urging them to contact Hawaii Police or State Sheriffs.

Fukuhara was serving time for Burglary 1. Once located he will face an additional escape charge.

Hale Nani is a community based reintegration program located five miles from the Hawaii Community Correctional Center. It offers offender reintegration services and a work release program for sentenced inmates who will soon be released on the island of Hawaii.
