Police still seeking whereabouts of Puna man reported missing

Hawaiʻi Island police are renewing their request for information about a 23-year-old Puna man who was reported missing.

Philip Voelker, who has no permanent address, is also wanted on several outstanding warrants.

He was last seen near Orchidland in the Puna District sometime in November 2013. He is described as 6-foot-4, 210 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and several tattoos, including one on his neck of the Grim Reaper.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300. Crime Stoppers doesn’t record calls or subscribe to caller ID. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
