‘The Wave’ ranks No. 1 with adults

The KHBC-Hilo / KHWI-Kona simulcast known as “The Wave @ 92fm” was ranked No. 1 island wide all adults under 50 with a No. 1 cume and AQH for all people aged 21 – 49 according to Eastlan Ratings in the Fall 2013 Survey conducted Sept. 12-Nov. 20.

Since 1999, Eastlan has provided audience measurements for more than 90 radio markets.

“The Wave” also holds a commanding lead with PEOPLE aged 12 – 64 with 31,038 people listening to the station each week representing 23.9 percent of the population who listen to radio according adults under 50 with a No. 1 cume and AQH for all people aged 21 – 49.

“The Wave” holds a very strong lead with young adults under 35 with a No. 1 cume and AQH for all people aged 21 – 34.

The Wave @ 92fm’s NEW sister station, 102.7 The Beach also fared well in it’s first edition of the Eastlan Ratings with young men in Hilo.

Programming and presentation of Resonate Hawaii’s stations is being directed by Matt Stone.

Resonate Hawaii LLC operates three Big Island FM’s and one AM. KTBH-FM 102.7fm and KIPA-AM The Beach “The Alternative” is Hawaii’s new rock/alternative/reggae radio station.

Broadcasting to Hilo at a frequency of 102.7. Resonate Hawaii, also owns and operates KHBC 92.7 Hilo / KHWI 92.1 Kona – The Wave @ 92fm playing All The Hits from contemporary artists.
