The Lions Club of Kona is accepting scholarship applications from graduating Konawaena High School seniors.

The club will be awarding a total of six scholarships.

Two general scholarships, one financial need scholarship, one community service scholarship, one scholarship for a two-year program, and one Jonney Pha Hodges Trust Scholarship, which is awarded to a senior majoring in a medical related field.

Deadline to apply is April 4, 2014.

Applications can be picked-up from Konawaena counselor Aaron Hashimoto.
