County Prosecuting Attorney Mitchell D. Roth has announced that a Grand Jury Indictment was obtained for David True Seal, for the offense of Murder in the Second Degree of Rory Wick on Nov. 5, 2013.

Seal was arrested and charged soon after the crime. However, his attorney requested a three-member panel medical evaluation to determine his fitness for trial.

Seal is in the custody of the State Department of Public Safety.

At the Request of Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Joseph Lee, a no bail warrant was granted.

The case will be assigned to the Circuit court for further proceedings.

Roth thanked the community, the Hawaii Police Department and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Joseph Lee for their efforts in obtaining this indictment.
