Kona Coffee Cultural Festival recipe contest winners

MEDIA RELEASE

Amateurs, culinary students, keiki and professional chefs presented their favorite entree and dessert recipes featuring 100% Kona coffee.

The Kona Coffee Cultural Festival showcase event also featured Hawaii Island product displays and samples, a cooking demonstration, and door prizes.

Public tasting of contestants’ recipes followed the award presentation.
