Waimea Country School has kicked off its fifth year of partnership with the Annunciation Emergency Food Pantry as the school’s ongoing community service project.

Each Tuesday morning, Waimea Country School students walk donations over to the Annunciation Emergency Food Pantry located at the Catholic Church next door to the school’s campus.

In addition to gathering donations collected from the Waimea Country School ohana and from St. James Episcopal Church, students help out as volunteers to box food and bag rice to hand out to those in need in the community.
