Dr. Jay Siegel, consultant, for the Hawaii Community College Academic Master Plan for Palamanui will conduct a pair of presentations for the Big Island community:

* HILO:
1:30-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28 at the HawCC Manono Cafeteria

* WEST HAWAII:
10:30 a.m.-noon Thursday, Aug. 29 at the UH Center at West Hawaii, Building 4, Room 3.

Chancellor Noreen Yamane also will be available at these meetings.
